julie was born in Leeds in 1956 but moved to burton on trent at the age of 2 with her parents Bernard John and josaphine Mary Holmes,two years later josaphine (or josie as she was known) gave birth to another daughter susan in 1958, then janice in 1961 and carol in 1962. Later down the line in 1966 julie's brother john was born followed by peter in 1969. Julie was the quietest of the bunch, she much prefered to sit down with a good book rather than to go out and play with her brothers and sisters.
